Lightroom app (Windows 11 Pro) constantly signs me out even when entering correct account details

I get access to Lightroom via my organisation. When using my account when physically in my organisation's facility, the app works well. However, when I use it on my personal device (Lenovo ThinkBook G4) the app prompts me to log in when opening the app. However, after entering my account details and logging through my organisation, it just "crashes" me back to the sign in screen, and I have to do it all over again. Some times, it does let me in, but as soon as I export an image, it crashes the app and logs me back out again.

I am fully sure my login details are correct since I've been able to use the app successfully mutliple times on my personal device. It seems like in certain situations it works and certain times it doesn't. I find it really odd so I'm hoping to get some help here, thanks in advance.
