If you bought a Lightroom subscription from Adobe, it includes desktop and mobile. If you bought a Premium plan through the App Store, that is mobile only.
Better in my opinion to go through Adobe, although the App Store plans are slightly less expensive, which could be important for some people.
The Premium subscription for Lightroom Mobile does not include Lightroom for desktop, but the subscription for Lightroom desktop does include Lightroom Mobile. That means you will have to subscribe to the Lightroom plan or the Photography plan (depending on which computer version you want to use), but then you can cancel the mobile plan.
