Hi 🙂 I have the Lightroom app on my smartphone downloaded from the Google Play Store (for Android). I bought a subscription there, but it is not visible after logging in to the application. I get a message that it is linked to another email, but it's impossible because I haven't used this email for years. Has anyone ever had such a problem? Do you know how to solve it?

I have been using the application for almost a year. All payments and their confirmations were normally sent to my current e-mail account from which I purchased the subscription. At some point, however, I had to uninstall the application and after reinstalling it, the premium plan was no longer activated and an error was displayed despite the subscription still being purchased.
