My Lightroom cannot connect to the internet and I cannot do any editing at all.
I have no proxy or VPN defined, no changes were made to Firewall settings.
In additional, when I am trying to install Lightroom classic from the Creative Cloud I also get "cannot connect to the internet", so reinstall the programm wan't help.
Please advice, I cannot work !!!!!

That is a Windows issue. Adobe just does a standard network call.
Start with your anti-virus.
Then pick a Windows scanner and trouble shooting outthere (AVG, Symantec....).

I forgot to mention, not likely it could also be your ISP or upstream of the ISP.
