Seit einiger Zeit bekomme ich beim starten von "Lightroom CC (Cloud-Version) einen Crash-Report und das Programm lässt sich nicht starten. Die Updates sind durchgeführt. Auch ein zurück auf alte Versionen bzw. das Deinstallieren und neu installieren brachte keinen Erfolg.
Den Crash-Report habe ich an Adobe gesendet aber noch keine Infos bezüglich Fehlerbehebung bekommen.
Hat hier eine/r Tipps?
Nachtrag: Die Desktop-Anwendungen (Lightroom clasic, PS CC; ...) laufen ohne Probleme.

We're really sorry for all the trouble. Could you please let us know the exact version of Lightroom CC you are using now?
Since, how long you are facing the crash issue? Does Lightroom CC crashes on a particular step?

thankyou for your quick reaction.
Lightroom CC (Cloud) is installed on two PCs Windows 10, version 1803PC.
Lightroom runs smoothly on PC-1.
On PC-2, the crash report appears immediately after Lightroom CC starts (see Crash.jpg). The crash report was sent once. The other programs (Lightroom clasic; Photoshop, Bridge) run without problems
The error occurs with Lightroom CC (Cloud) V 1.4 and 1.3 (V 1.2 and older has not been tested).
Troubleshooting so far:
Uninstall Lightroom CC -Cloud V 1.4 and reinstall - same error
Uninstall Lightroom CC -Cloud V 1.3 and reinstall - same error

Thank you for the all the information. Could you please update the GPU driver on PC2 and then, try using Lightroom CC.

Hi,
the graphics driver is up to date (see driver info graphic).
Today updates for CC-PS V19.1.6 and Lightroom (Clasic V7.5 and Cloud V1.5) were offered and installed.
PS and Lightroom Classic start without any problems.
With Lightroom Cloud, the error still exists.
