Lightroom CC crashes when "loading new presets"

Had a good search on this forum, and it appears my problem may be a little different from others.

When opening LR CC (macOS) and clicking on the presets tab, it always tries to load new presets, gets half way through, and then crashes.

There are a ton of naff presets (5,000+) that I've since deleted from LR Classic, and don't want to import. I try to delete these from LR CC - they keep showing, I delete the presets, but LR CC keeps crashing and they re-appear once opening the app.

Any help is much appreciated..

Lightroom Classic 13.0 crashes when you open the new blur tool at least 50% of the time. Also if you move the blur slider to fast it crashes. Shuts down.

You’ve posted to an ancient thread. It is highly unlikely that the issue described in this thread, though not impossible, is the same one you are currently experiencing. Rather than resurrect an old thread that is seemingly similar, you are better off posting to a new thread with fresh, complete information, including system information, a complete description of the problem, and step-by-step instructions for reproduction.

If the issue is the same, we will merge you back into the appropriate location.

Thank you!
