Lightroom CC Crashing when clicking "presets"

Hi! I have the Lightroom CC version 1.4 application.

Every time I go to select the "presets" option on my images, Lightroom immediately crashes. I can do everything else on it except click "presets".

This only started occurring yesterday when I updated the application!!  

I have read some comments saying unblock "Graphic Processor", however, this still hasn't helped!

Hopefully this all makes sense.

We're really sorry for all the hassle. We have identified this issue as a bug after the Lightroom CC 1.4 update. Our engineering team investigating a fix. In the meanwhile, please refer the available workaround to fix this issue for now.

Look we pay for that &#£@. O have the same problem.

If I click on the preset or the preferences menu the lightroom on pc crashes.

U 2 from the company talking #£@.

Give us link for a computer help what is a joke.

Shame on U and the Adobe who get the money but doing nothing.

The preset manager in mobile is a &£#p aswell as I can't delete more than 1 preset or a whole library. Honestly I fed up with U guys.

Rather than resurrect an old thread that is seemingly similar, you are better posting to a new thread with fresh, complete information including system information, a complete description of the problem and step-by-step instructions for reproduction.
