Beginning to feel as though there is no resolution to this but figured I’d poke around here first before totally giving up!
I have the mobile app for Lightroom. I originally had the free mobile app only, and eventually added the desktop version, including the one month free trial (last month). I noticed a while back that some photos added to either device eventually showed up in the catalog for both devices, but not ALL photos did. (not sure if that’s relevant)
Anyway - my husband, God bless him, was adding some new apps to my phone this morning and accidentally deleted my Lightroom app. I was able to re-download it from the cloud (I have an iPhone) and it even recognized my account without requiring me to log back in. However, it shows ZERO photos. It doesn’t even show synced.
I dont see all of the photos I had on my mobile app on my desktop version. I (incorrectly, I’m now figuring) assumes the app automatically backed up to the cloud. So up until now, I felt confident with my photo storage here. But that shows zero backed up as well.
Is there something I’m missing and there is miraculously a way to recover my original mobile app catalog after the apps been deleted and re-added?
