Trying to type in keyword "Bill". Bill flashes up, then disappears and only B is left. Restarted system, same problem. Map of error is:
b=b, bi=bi, bil=bil bill=bill ------- B=B, Bi=Bi, Bil=Bil,, Bill=B, ---Billy=Billy --- Boby=Boby, --- Btgf=Btgf, --- Darn=Darn, --- Help=Help
C=C Cy=Cy Cyy=Cyy Cyyl=Cyyl Cylla=Cylla
No problem if I type Bill Jones.
Appears to be "Bill" only! Worked in the past. Halloween is over. Bill is not a bad guy, just a little misguided!
Windows 10, Lightroom CC. ! !@All software current.

Hi bobg41819401,
Sorry that a certain keyword is not appearing correctly in Lightroom CC.
Could you please let us know which version of Lightroom CC are you using? You may verify (Help>System Info...) that you are on the latest version 2.0.2.
Thanks,
Akash

Hi Bob,
Thanks for the update. Does the issue only occur while adding the keyword "Bill"? It's a bit strange as one keyword is causing such issue while other works fine.

See my original problem report for some of the items I tested. “Billy” works and I am using that in my lists now. The old items with Bill in them still appear correctly. My keyboard checks out OK.
It is even more strange that I see Bill flash up, disappear, and then B settles in as the keyword. No problems of this type in any of my other apps.

You’ve posted to a very old thread. It is highly unlikely that the issue described in this thread, though not impossible, is the same issue which you are currently experiencing. Rather than resurrect an old thread that is seemingly similar, you are better posting to a new thread with fresh, complete information including system information, a complete description of the problem and step-by-step instructions for reproduction.
In the unlikely event the issue is the same, we will merge you back into the appropriate location.
Thank you!
