Louiea34069642, what happens when you try to open Lightroom CC? You can find steps on how to open the application at Launch Creative Cloud apps . Did you use the process listed in Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps to install Lightroom CC? What operating system are you installing Lightroom CC on?

Hi, Louiea34069642 - did you install LR CC using the Creative Cloud Desktop app? Have you tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it?

i actually did evrything. even went to youtube to check on what to do. yet it still not working. i think its the windows which is not compatible with LR. thou i have installed Photoshop 2019 and its working fine. so right now i am juggled and a little frustrated that i started paying my first month without even using it. so i am planning to cancel this LR subscription. thank you all for your help. i will definitely get back to this LR once windows and adobe figured all out. as i have been checking reviews about it.
