Newest update to LA CC (9.3) I'm back to getting black screens and slowing down when using the adjustment brush.  Have turned off the Graphics card, but still continues.  Also have installed newest graphics card driver.

Monitor:  BenQ SW2700 (2560x1440@59Hz)

Hi there,

Sorry that you're getting a black screen in Lightroom Classic 9.3 while using the Adjustment brush which also makes the app suns slower.

Does the problem occurs only while using the Adjustment brush and while working in the Develop module?

Would you mind restoring Lightroom Classic app preferences to default and let us know if the issue still persists? Please refer this article for step by step instructions:

Thanks,

Akash

Akash,

I did as you suggested, reset preferences to default and LR seems to be working.  I tried using the brush adjustment tool on an image and was able to very quickly brush over areas, before very slow, and no black screen.  What did resetting prefs do?  Should I do that if again black screens show up?

Any other suggestions to have LR run bettetr and faster?

thanks

Bob
