Lightroom cloud based ..slow to react..

Hi im having with the speed of my Lightroom ,it takes forever to react when i use tools like the brush or clone . what are my options , its frustating to say the least. I have the 20G  plan and I do not want or need to upgrade

Would you mind sharing your Lightroom and operating system versions? 

What type of files are you using? Is this happening with particular tools? Check if the graphics processor is enabled or not in your system (Edit > Preferences > Performance).

Hi there as I am not very technically minded I will do my best to answer
you query .
System Name ..Desktop LB1LG3K Windows 10 ... Lenovo Legion Y520 ..
8YY-INTEL ( R )
CORE ( tm ) .... I7 - 7700HQ CPU @2.8 GHZ ...
Just to let you know that regardless of what aspect of Lightroom I use it
is very slow to react , I dont use Lightroom Classic or Photoshop as much
as lightroom cloud so I dont know if its slow across all Adobe package
