Lightroom collections missing after re-subscribing the application (macOS)

All of my collections are removed/deleted after one of my payments got cancelled and I paid for it again. Can someone help me through this

Which version of the application and macOS are you using? Can you try signing out and signing back in once? Have you tried reinstalling the application after the payment got canceled? Were the collections synced? 

Are you logged in with the correct AdobeID?
