Lightroom desktop not syncing

Hi there,

 

I winder if you can help - I've just downloaded Lightroom Desktop on my new Macbook and it's not syncing correctly. The sync wheel is spinning without progressing. My Mobile app is working absolutely fine.

 

Any thoughts?

Please describe what you mean by not syncing correctly. Not syncing with what? What exact version of Lightroom are you using?

So I've attached a screenshot of what is happening. The Cloud wont sync. I've got Lightroom version 4.3.

 

I've got all my photos and presets and folders on my phone but I can't get them on the same account on my macbook
