lightroom desliga-se

Obrigado desde ja pela ajuda. espero que que me consigam ajudar o meu lightroom, deixou de funcionar.

Quando carrego abrir, aparece a imagem de apresentação e dps desliga-se.

Quando tento novamente faz o mesmo e deixou de abrir...

Alguem me consegue ajudar?

We're sorry about the trouble experienced with Lightroom. Which version of Lightroom and Windows are you using?

Are you able to launch the application? Do you see any error messages? Is it happening with a particular file or any file you try to open? 

Please try re-login into the adobe creative cloud and signing again to the application.
