lightroom doesn't work on my account

Hello,

i have problems with lightroom on my mac, it doesn't work on my account anymore, i tried lightroom web too, but my account is activated, photoshop and lightroom classic are working but lightroom not, i can't open it on my ipad too.

You seem to have multiple subscriptions.  Please contact Adobe Support directly to help with Lightroom desktop access.
