Lightroom dosnt detect hdr capable displays correctly (Ios and android)

Hi Lightroom dosnt detect that my phones display (samsung s24 Ultra) display is capable of hdr output. Also it detects incorrectly that my Ipad pro 11 (2020) display is capable of showing hdr content when the display is not hdr capable.

S24 ultra

1. Version of the app: V9.4.3
2. Platform and OS version: Android 14
3. Basic steps to reproduce the problem: Tried to enable hdr
4. Expected result and actual result: Hdr was going to be supported, but  HDR Unavailable

Ipad pro

1. Version of the app: V9.4.0 EFA0E5/149
2. Platform and OS version: IpadOS 18.0
3. Basic steps to reproduce the problem: Tried to enable hdr 
4. Expected result and actual result: It showed that display can show hdr when its not capable
