Lightroom file sharing doesn't work

Hi there, my team uses Lightroom and we share our folders, however when I try to access a folder my teammate has shared with me, it says that it isn't available at the moment (even though I have previously been able to look at it and edit the pictures). Has anybody had the same problem?

Assume you are using the Cloud Based Lightroom and are trying to view the Album within the app?

Can you provide a few more details so a member of the community can assist more?
