It's very weird. I use lightroom CC on my mac and it works flawlessly. However, Lightroom for mobile is crippled. It is *missing* adobe neutral preset and that is the one I stabdard use for importing files. On macOS it is no problem but importing on my iPhone gives an error: missing profile!
Please make the profiles the same on MacOS and mobile. There is *no* reason to cripple teh mobile app.

Hi, thanks for reaching out, and we're sorry about the delay in responding to you.
Please share the version of Lightroom you're using, along with the iOS version you're using on the iPhone. Also, which iPhone are you working on? What's the file format of the images you're importing into Lightroom?
Thanks,
Nikunj

Hello @Dirk Bosman
I confirm I can see Adobe Neutral on both iPhone and iPad apps version 11.0
This profile is available under the Adobe Raw profiles, and displays only for Raw and DNG images. I am attaching screenshots from my devices showing where to find them.
Is it possible you are trying to use HEIC or JPG images, which are common on mobile devices? Adobe Neutral will not show for non-Raw images.
