Lightroom freezes, it's really slow and laggy, and now it wont sync/save my edits

Getting quite annoyed with this crap keep freezing, it wont even let me close it down. 

It's becoming extremely laggy/buggy and making it almost impossible to edit

And now when im editing it's stopped syncing/saving automatically.

and now my most rescent edits are display upsidedown and wont load original picture
