Lightroom freezes when deleting photos

Lightroom on my laptop gets stuck when I try to delete photos. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. What can I do?

What do you mean by stuck? Are you using Lightroom, not Lightroom Classic? Is your sync up to date, or does it say some items are still syncing? Can you provide a screen shot of what "stuck" looks like?

If you provide more information we can probably help you fix the issue.
