Lightroom has stopped syncing with other devices

I had an issue with a corrupt catalogue recently and am now using a previously backed-up catalogue. Since I installed this catalogue any new images I upload or edit are not syncing to other devices. System says it is syncing 579 photos but nothing is happening. Lightroom is fully updated on both devices and I've tried logging out, shutting down and restarting but to no avail. Any idea's?

We're really sorry for the sync issue. Could you please let us know your exact workflow? Are you sync images from Lightroom desktop to the mobile platform? If yes, which version of Lightroom desktop you are using now? Also, does the sync includes videos as well?

 

We're here to help, just need more information.
