Lightroom iOS - recommended presets

I wonder if someone can clarify the following...

In Lightroom on iOS, are recommended presets free? 

Similarly in the iOS app, do you only pay (for presets) if you select the option to find similar presets to any particular recommended preset?

Recommended Presets are a premium feature that requires a subscription to use.  You can view recommended presets, but you cannot apply them.
