Lightroom is not opening in Windows

LR Cloud lässt sich nicht mehr öffnen. Er gibt immer "keine Rückmeldung" an! Ich kann auch nichts anwählen wie z.B. Hilfe etc. Bitte um rasche Lösung. Danke

What happens when you try to launch Lightroom? Could you please share the version of Lightroom (Help > About Lightroom) and the version of Windows on your computer? Do you see any error messages (apart from "No Feedback")? Since when are you noticing this issue?

 

Try running Lightroom as an administrator; Steps here: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/run-program-administrator-windows-7.html.

Sign out from the Creative Cloud desktop app and sign back in. You can try resetting Lightroom's preferences using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2JSym5e.

Please backup your presets prior to resetting the preferences.
