Lightroom is not working on a S23 Ultra

Hello!

I cannot see the photos I add for editing. I have a Samsung S23 Ultra. Lightroom worked a few days after buying the phone, and then it stopped. There are some sync problems and all that I get is a black image.

I deleted the cache memory, I reinstalled Lightroom, still doesn't work. 

I have to mention that I paid my anual tax this month.

Hey @Anca29150500bzt0. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

 

What specific version of Android OS are you working on? Have you tried changing the internet connection?

Try these suggestions:

  • Try changing the wifi network or use a different mobile network via hotspot.
  • Try changing the store to install Lightroom again. If you used the Samsung Galaxy store to install it before, try the Google Play store.

Hello!
I am using Android 13.
I tried now installing Lightroom by using Galaxy Store because I only
downloaded it using only Goolge Play Store. Still not working. Same proble:
not sync, and than a black image.
I used wifi and the internet povider and also different wifi spots when
downloading.

Have you found any solutions to this problem yet? I'm using Samsung S23 Ultra, and the app is not working.. 😞 
Tried email Adobe, but still has not got any answers.
