Lightroom keep shutting down

lightroom keep shutting down after a short time. several system reports have been sent no responce. have uninstalled and reinstalled lots of time all to no avail. this has been ongoig since chritmass.

Hi Jim.
The Version is 6.1
I receive no error messages.
When I open a image if I go to crop. The crop just shuts down, sometimes I receive a dialogue box asking if I want to send report which I had done and also added my email.
