I pay monthly for light room premium and every time I try to use the features it is saying my subscription expired. I've tried signing out, renewing, everything. I am so frustrated as I pay for the features but it won't allow me to use them!

Hello @chelseyr27576282

The Adobe account you used to ask for help here does have an expired Lightroom 1 TB plan that lapsed years ago.

The system indicates you seem to have a 2nd account under a different email address that is now subscribed to a Lightroom Mobile plan (which provides Lightroom on iOS and ANdroid devices, but not Mac or Windows).

Is the issue that you are not seeing your Mobile-only subscription work on your computer?  That is expected.  To use Lightroom on Mac or Windows, you should cancel your Lightroom Mobile subscription, and look one of these plans that includes everything, desktop and mobile: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/photography/compare-plans.html

In case the issue is that you forgot which Adobe account to use to enjoy your current Lightroom Mobile subscription on mobile devices, I will send you a direct message in a moment to share details more privately.
