What is the last process during Lightroom loading sequence? As I watch images load, especially when the image was shot with a high ISO, the image looks sharp and colors and sharpness great, then near the end of the loading process, seems like the final step in processing, colors dull, sharpness declines and the an increase in grain. Is there a specific step in the lightroom develop mode I can use to undo that last step.
I usually can edit photos to improve their appearance, if I knew exactly what the loading process was doing, I moigh do better.

I'm not sure there is anything that you can do to "do better". The loading process in Lightroom is to display the embedded JPEG preview (if you are loading raw files) first while Lightroom generates a preview of the raw data. The JPEG preview will have in-camera processing applied to it that will not be applied to the raw data, and that is why you will see a change in the image. There isn't really anything you can do to prevent that.
