Lightroom logged me out on its own and when I signed back in all of my presets and pictures are gone

I clicked on the app today and a pop up said "automatically logging you out" I logged in again with my face book to find that my presets that I worked hard on are vanished! I've had those presets on my account for a year. And all of my edited pictures are gone as well. I was using the Lightroom mobile iOS free version. This is the second time this has happened to me! Ugh this is so frustrating! You see people continuously have this problem for years now why aren't your techs doing anything to resolve this issue! It's been years! This is ridiculous!

Reading about the trouble you experienced, two possibilities come to mind: 
1. you mentioned you were asked to sign in again, and this does happen periodically for the sake of account security.  I wonder if the email address your Facebook login is based on is different from the original email address you used to sign into Lightroom.  Different email addresses mean different Lightroom accounts.  So if you tapped Apple or Google or direct user email ID + password when you originally signed, and the Facebook account isn't based on this same email address, then this will actually be another account in the same Lightroom app on your device.  If this is possibly what happened: 1) Do NOT delete and reinstall the app.  Unpaid apps do not sync.  Deleting the free Lightroom app will delete your files inside the app.  2) please do a full iTunes/iCloud backup for safety.  I will send you a private message soon with some additional notes on your specific account.

 

2. You mentioned your presets are gone.  Do you mean that your photos have survived but your presets did not?  This might be a sign that what actually happened is your device got our app update.  In a recent update, the Presets and Profiles buttons moved locations on the Edit toolbar.

 

Tap Presets, and switch from Premium to the Library tab, and scroll down until you see User Presets--your presets should be there.
