Lightroom Loss

Hello all,

I recently signed into my Lightroom account on my phone and all of my several hundred photos are gone. I have been speaking with an Adobe agent on live chat and was told to come here and Adobe will contact me and I'll get my photos back?

Any insight or help is appreciated!
