What should I do? When I upload my presets to Lightoom Mobile App they doesn't work right. I have using and selling presets already 3 years and this issue never happend before. Attached you will find a video.

There's a known bug with adding presets using the iOS version of LrMobile 6.2, and a fix has been incorporated into a 6.2.1 update, which should now be available in the App Store. If you're using the iOS version, I suggest you try the update to see if it fixes your issue.
