Which version of Lightroom Mobile and Android are you using? How much free storage space do you have? Since when are you seeing this issue?
Would you mind telling us the amount of RAM the Samsung Tab S8 Ultra has?
If the Tab has less than 6GB RAM, please check the note in the article: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/using/masking-mobile-android.html.
Did you try reinstalling the application? If not done yet, please back up/ sync your data and then uninstall and reinstall the application.
