When connecting an SD Card reader to the iPad after Lightroom mobile is started no import dialog is showing. Also in the iOS configuration under Settings->Privacy & Security->Files and Folders Lightroom Mobile is not showing up. Has access to SD card readers been removed?
Importing from the camera roll works.
iPadOS 17.4.1 - Lightroom Mobile - 9.3.1

What happens if you tap the tiny blue button at the bottom right of All Photos in the Lightroom tab, and select Connected camera/card?

Hello @Michael32340260cxkr
I tried with a clean install of 9.3.1 on my own iPad, and I cannot reproduce. When I plug in my SD card that was formatted by my camera, a dialog asks me if I want to import. And I can also separately initiated direct import from the tiny blue button at the bottom right of All Photos. Both methods show my SD card contents.
You are indeed checking the right Settings: iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Files and Folders. Lightroom has to be toggled on there for the app to access attached storage for direct import. I can't explain why you do not see Lightroom listed there -- that is unexpected.
Does it help if you reinstall the app? (be sure any unsaved work is synced to Lightroom cloud storage first).

I've re-installed the app twice - no change - still not seeing Lightroom under iOS Setting -> Privacy & Security -> Files and Folder and as a result no import dialog when attaching the SD card reader.
I'm running iOS 17.5.1 now - no change.

Hi thanks - this works - not sure why as Lightroom should not have the permission to access the local file system (not showing up iOS Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Files and Folders)
