I've seen I am not the only one with this issue. Trying to create user presets in the Lightroom app that has Custom camera calibrations. Whenever I want to use a specific preset, I need to copy and paste settings - since lightroom mobile can't read camera calibrations for use presets to just scroll and apply.
Also Adobe Light Room removed the calibration settings (which I'm so sad about - I just learned about them , and they are such an easy way to easily and quickly tweak the colour profile of an image by adjusting the primary colours)
Both Lightroom and the app have colour grading of light , mid , shade - but no calibration
You have to use the "Lightroom Photoshop classic app on a PC
