Lightroom mobile doesn't sync with my cloud recently. I can't see any of my sync files. Also it crashes when I try to load an image from my phone.
I use Sony A7IV work on raw files. All of my files sync in the cloud, I confirmed in the website.
Version 8.4.2
Please see attached video where app crashes several times in 30 seconds.

Here are three things that can help:
If none of the above steps help, please send me the Diagnostic logs for Lightroom.
1 - Click on the menu button (three lines) > tap & hold the grey LR icon at the top.
2 - Click on Send Feedback > 'Generating logs, please wait to finish > send this to me via email
