Hi there,

Sorry to hear that you see a freeze issue in Lightroom. We're here to help.

Could you please share the version of Lightroom (Help > About Lightroom) and the operating system and Android version on your computer and Mobile, respectively? Since when are you seeing this trouble? What happens when you try to open it? Do you have a specific workflow when the app freezes? 

You can try reinstalling the application if your images are synced. 

We're here to help, just need some more info.
