Lightroom mobile help (photos are gone)

i got a new phone and redownloaded the app. I signed in but all of my pictures, presets, etc are gone. When I sign in on the desktop version they are still there... how can I get them on my phone?

Sorry that you cannot see your images on Lightroom mobile.

Could you please sign in to Lightroom web(on your phone) using the same login credentials as your Phone and see if you see the images? Here's the link: Photo Editor | Online Photoshop Lightroom

Also, as JohanElzenga has mentioned it's possible that you've used a different Adobe ID to sign in and do not see your data.
