Lightroom Mobile Installation issue in Android

Hi, I'm having trouble installing Lightroom Mobile on my Xiaomi Redmi 9, I already had it installed but I formatted the phone and couldn't reinstall it. I have tried from Google play and downloading the APK, none installs.

When do you get that error message? Which version are you trying to install? 

Do you have enough storage space? Are you able to download other applications from the playstore?

Did you try installing it on a different device?
