How do i install an older version of lightroom mobile to desktop?

Click the [Three dots] icon for 'More actions' that includes "Other Versions" that are available.

You, of course, need a Subscription to the {Lightroom Plan} or the {Photography Plan}with the Creative Cloud Desktop App to be able to install Lr-Desktop on a Mac or PC.
