Hi, I just recently started to have problems using an SD card on a Chromebook with LightRoom Mobile. All of the thumbnails of image collections are black. I cannot import images into a collection. However, everything works fine when I have store set to local. What am I overlooking? As I said, it used to work.

Thanks

Hi there,

Sorry that you cannot store images to Lightroom mobile on Chromebook. It seems that the issue is limited to only your SD card, have you tried using a different card to see if that works fine?

Also, which version of Lightroom are you using and how much space is available on your SD card?

Thanks,

Akash

Akash, thanks for trying to help. I tried a brand new card, also 128 GB with no other data files on the SD card, but it didn't work either. Just to make sure I'm not having other problems with the Chromebook, I copied some files to the card without any problems. I appear to have Lightroom version 4.42. What else can I try?
