Lightroom mobile presets and images gone

I recently got a new phone and when I installed lightroom and logged into my account, all of my inages and user presets were gone. The same problems have been occuring across a number of aps, but for the number of hours a put into those presets..I'm unwilling to let then go without putting the same effort into trying to get them back.

We're sorry about the trouble due to the missing images and presets. Please let us know the version of Lightroom you are using along with the device ( iOS or Android) you are using it on.

Do you see your presets and images on Lightroom Web?

Are you using the free version of Lightroom mobile? If yes, the presets are stored locally on the mobile device & re-installing them may have removed the data related to the app. You can try restarting the mobile device to check if that helps.

I checked the web version and they didn't show up. I am using the free
version from the app store because I spent a lot on presets😅
