I got a new phone, logged into Lightroom and all of my over 1,000 photos and tons of presets are gone.. all of it. I've tried chatting with 3 people now on the website, and they were no help.
Sorry that your images and presets in Lightroom are missing on your new phone.
Please let us know the version of Lightroom you are using along with the device (operating system) you are using it on. Do you see your presets and images on Lightroom Web?
Are you using the free version of Lightroom mobile? If yes, the presets are stored locally on the mobile device & re-installing them may have removed the data related to the app. You can try restarting the mobile device to check if that helps.
Do you have a iOS backup created from your previous phone? If so, you could restore from backup on your new phone. Hope this helps -Guido / Lr Mobile QE
