Had issue since early 2025. Already uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and new updates, still nothing worked.
Device is not rooted, installed directly from Play Store, and app was working fine for years now until the February update.
See attached link for the screen recording of the issue.

Here are a few things you can try:
1 - Samsung recently released OneUI 7 for S22 series devices. Please update and check how it goes.
2 - Uninstall Lightroom & install again from the Samsung Galaxy Store.
Note: If you didn't have an active subscription, the images did not sync to the cloud, hence they're only stored as local caches that get deleted when the app is reinstalled.

Hey, @vjcypress. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. What exact device, version of Android OS & Lightroom are you working on?
Do you have any VPN active on this device? Have you tried changing the WiFi on this device?
Log on to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3xdotLH) and check for all the images synced and uploaded to the cloud. Once everything is backed up to the cloud, try reinstalling Lightroom from the PlayStore, and let me know how it goes.
Thanks!

Hi @Sameer K,
Appreciate you reaching out!
I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S22+, Android 14 with One UI Ver 6.1. Google Play system updated last April 1st.
Last Lightroom version that worked for me was version 10.1.0. All versions afterward up until the recent 10.3.1 is just showing that black loading screen.
I don't use VPN and already tried using multiple Wi-Fi networks and two mobile data providers.
Unfortunately, no photos are showing on the Lightroom Web, and I had my account for more than five years.
Reinstalled app. Same issue.
Let me know if there's any info that you need.
Thank you so much!
