I have had a Lightroom for iPad subscription for some time, paying $4.99/month through Apple. I recently upgraded to a full Lightroom subscription, now paying $9.99/month. My understanding is that the full subscription includes the iPad/mobile subscription. Yet I am being billed for both. Assuming I wish to keep the full subscription, should I cancel the separate iPad subscription? Would I lose anything by doing so?

Yes, I see you have two active subscriptions just as you described. You can and should cancel the mobile-only plan now that you have the more comprehensive desktop-mobile plan with more storage.
