Lightroom mobile to Lightroom Classic Synching

Hi. A question: Once I synched 1 or more pictures from my Ltr. Mobile to my PC,s Ltr Classic, will I ever be able to delete those pictures in my PC disk and Ltr Classic without deleting them in the cloud and Ltr Mobile too? Thanks.
