(iOS) Upload via FTP PROBLEM via Export As

Hi Everybody,

 

Usually I´m covering events and produce near live content, every second counts more or less. After finishing the edit of a couple of photos on my iPhone 12 Pro, I export via "export as" - After the rendering process is done I get asked what to do. Save to my camera roll, whatsapp, airdrop or even external apps. (It shows on top, ie. 3 photos, 6,9mb)

 

I tried already 3 different FTP apps to uplaod the pictures straight on my webspace that people can share and work with the files. But I doenst matter how much photos I export, it only uploads a single one. 

 

So, I thought the problem is may the FTP app - But all FTP apps doing the same. So, its Lightroom? 

 

Some facts:

_ LR v. 6.2.1 BD60B6/34

_ iPhone 12 Pro, latest iOS

_ Leica RAW Files

_ Export JPG, 3500px, 80% quality

It might help to list some examples of FTP apps you've tried that failed to work.  Is that possible?

Sure - i tried it with:
_ FTP Client Pro 

_ FTP Client Lite

_ FTPManager - FTP, SFTP, client

_ FTP Client - FTP Server Files

_ FTP für unterwegs

_ Owlfiles - File Explorer

_ iTransfer - File Transfer Tool

_ iFTP Pro

 

Anything else that could work I haven't tried?

I've talked to a team member and they are curious as to the what file extension you are exporting as?
We tested under FTPMananger and it is working for us.

We may need your Adobe ID to review failures on our end?
Can you also confirm your current Lightroom App version.?

Thanks for the response - My iPhone 12 Pro says: LR Mobile v.8.1.0 BA494D/17

 

I export like this: JPEG, Size is custom and at the moment 2800px, 80% quality, original file name, sharpen for display with a minimum, sRGB.

 

Does this help? Any chance to send my Adobe ID privat? What channel works best for you?

"This user is exceeding their storage, that could very well be the reason for the issue. If they select one of the files that fails to export in Loupe, and tap on the cloud icon. What is the status for Local & Cloud Backup?"

Hi Rikk,

 

cloud storage was full - I deleted everything, now its only 19% used. Also restarted my iPhone after deleting - Tried it again with FTP Client Pro and FTPManager - with 2 and 4 files - Doesnt matter - Its always just the first photo which got uploaded. I attached a video of the process - Any ideas?
