Lightroom not exporting all photos to cloud

When exporting from Lightroom to Cloud, not all photos are exported. This happens with all exports, whether I export 100 photos or a thousand. I just tried to export 1,024 photos, only 081 were actually exported. It is a little annoying to check manually which photos did not make it across.

Macbook Pro running Ventura 13.4.1

Lightroom Version 6.4

Help woud be appreciated, as it is driving me nuts.

Does this happen with particular file formats? How much space does your Cloud have?

Ensure you have enough cloud storage to export the desired number of photos. Check your cloud storage limit and ensure you have enough space to store all the exported images. If you are approaching the storage limit, consider freeing up space or upgrading your storage plan.

Are there any files stuck in the sync issue folder?
