Lightroom not seeing my NAS

Just trying out Lightroom after many years of LrC. On Lightroom, under Local, all my drives appear, except my NAS, which happens to have  all of my images. What's the process in Lightroom, to detect that drive?

Are you mounting it as a Drive Letter? I do this and have no issue seeing the drives.

I guess the short answer is no. It's called BBB so are you suggesting a rename it as a drive letter?

What about if you have a MAc? I'm having the same issue. I have a NAS drive.
