Hi, I need the profiles for the Canon EOS R10 available on the iPad Version: LR version 8.4.1 2C9D5C/1 iPad Pro 12,9", iPad OS 16.5.1 (c). When will this be available, please? In LrC (Mac-Version), the profiles are already working fine

Hello @syringe201

Does it help to reinstall the iPad app?

I think the OP is right. I've just downloaded a few R10 raw files to test, imported them into Lightroom Desktop where the camera matching profiles DO appear. However, after they've synced to the cloud, I checked on an iPhone and two different iPads and the camera matching prifiles are definitely NOT present in any of the 3 LrM apps.

I know that in certain circumstances re-installing the app can cure "missing profiles", though it seems unlikely to have afflicted all of my 3 different devices?

I'll run this by the Camera raw team.  LR iOS does include profiles for the R10.  Maybe a camera firmware update is to blame.

@syringe201 Can you confirm your capture settings/format, and perhap provide me a sample file?  (Click my name and attach a file as a ZIP if you can).

Or Jim, if you could point me to what you downloaded, that may help.

@syringe201

I sent you a direct message at approx 12pm Pacific time.  Please check your spam filter if you haven't seen it yet.

Sharing your issue with my team, someone asked me to confirm that your Lightroom app is truly online (not paused, wifi was definitely available) when you try to import such images.  If the LR app needs to fetch the relevant camera profiles from our servers, the app needs to be online.  After a number of attempts, the app may stop asking for the profiles until your restart the app.  My suggestion above to reinstall is something I recall did help another user, but is overkill of an app restart helps LR fetch the profiles.

@Charlie.D

I'm still seeing issues with the R10 Camera Matching profiles. I had previously downloaded a few R10 raw files to my MBP from the DPReview Sample Gallery, imported them to LrD and could see and use the expected Camera Matching profiles. However, when viewing the same images in LrM on both iPad Pro and iPhone the Camera Matching profiles did not appear, but the default Adobe Raw profiles were available.

After deleting those test images, today I downloaded another pair of raw images (one from the DPReview gallery and one from another online resource), but this time I did the download on my iPad and imported them to LrM on the same device. On opening the Profile browser in LrM, this is what I see:

iPad Pro.png

As you can see, there are no raw profiles showing at all, not even the default Adobe raw profiles. However, after the images uploaded to the cloud, I then opened them in LrD on the MBP where I see a full set of the expected raw profiles:

Finally, I opened the image in LrM on my iPhone, and this is what I see....Adobe Raw profiles, but no Camera Matching profiles:

Something definitely seems wrong here.
