Lightroom photo upload doesn't work

Lightroom for my Samsung s23 ultra deleted all my photos and doesn't allow me to add new photos. Now the app doesn't open and informs that I have to wait that developers fix the bug. And yes, I have reinstalled the app. Have anyone else had the same issues?

Are you a free app user, or do you have an active subscription? What is the Lightroom and Android version?

Please try these steps: Delete caché and all app data > Uninstalling> Reboot the device> Reinstall.

Let us know how it goes.

One caution: 
Realize that uninstalling will cause the loss of unsynced data (images, edits, and presets) for subscribed customers and all data for unsubscribed users.
